  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  3. Drizzle melted coconut oil over banana slices and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the bananas and toss lightly again.
