  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pat cod fillets dry; brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the seasoned fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
