  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until evenly coated.
  5. Layer the bottom of the baking pan with meat sauce, followed by the spaghetti mixture and remaining meat sauce on top. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over everything.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
