  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter until evenly distributed.
  7. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin filling each about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Remove from oven and cool slightly before drizzling with honey.
