Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8.5×4.5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; cook until thickened (about 10 minutes). Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and milk; fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla until just combined. Swirl in cooled blueberry mixture.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and prepare the crumble by mixing melted butter, flour, sugar, and almond paste until clumpy; sprinkle on top.
