  • 4 slices Center Cut Turkey Bacon
  • 1 White Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Poblano or Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 packet Chili Seasoning
  • 28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
  • 3-4 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until fully cooked. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and bell pepper in remaining grease for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add turkey sausage to the pot, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks until browned.
  4. Stir in chili seasoning, crushed tomatoes, chopped turkey bacon, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes before serving.
