  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana (add banana just before serving for freshness).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until well coated.
  4. Top with chopped pecans just before serving for added crunch.
