  • 22 Oreos (divided)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix as directed, folding in chopped Oreos before pouring into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake for about 30 minutes until set; let cool slightly.
  4. For the cheesecake layer, beat together softened cream cheese, egg, vanilla extract, sugar, and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer.
