  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, crushed biscuit mix, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), chopped parsley, and lemon juice until just mixed.
