  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder, sugars, eggs, coffee, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in flour until just combined; reserve some batter for swirling later. Fold in remaining chocolate chips.
