  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the cubed beef in the marinade and cover. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the marinated beef on the baking sheet and sprinkle sugar evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
