  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt; stir until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (1 to 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared tray. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on the tray. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set; store in an airtight container.
