  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a mini cookie scoop to portion out the mixture into balls and roll each one to smooth the edges.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 10-15 second increments until smooth.
