  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab (chopped)
  • Sweet chili sauce (for drizzling)
  • Garlic chili oil (for drizzling)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar

  1. Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry each wonton wrapper until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder; mix until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). On a baking sheet, layer fried wontons and evenly distribute chopped imitation crab over them. Drizzle with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Bake for about 5 minutes until warmed through. Remove from oven; drizzle sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil over the top. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
