  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic (minced and powdered), onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly divide the filling among them. Top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up after folding in the sides.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing in half to serve.
