  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked Turkey Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced onion until softened; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in heavy cream; then add shredded chicken.
  5. Mix in ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5–10 minutes to meld flavors; stir in butter until melted.
  7. Add cheddar cheese and cream cheese; stir until creamy.
  8. Fold in crumbled Turkey Bacon and chopped green onions.
  9. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving warm.
