Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl and place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken piece with seasoned flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).
  7. Drain on paper towels.
