  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or alternative)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, both soups, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until smooth.
