Instructions

  1. Boil the cubed potato in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and sauté in olive oil or butter until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and add the smashed garlic. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Place skin-side down in the pan for 4-5 minutes; flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
