  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brew green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cooled tea, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and grated ginger; whisk until blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve vegan gelatin (or agar-agar) in hot water; stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan; heat over low while stirring continuously until combined smoothly—do not boil.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Gently remove from molds and enjoy!
