  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2-3 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey for sauce
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through (165°F).
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, broth, honey, black pepper, salt, and corn starch. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Assemble bowls with rice as the base topped with the turkey mixture and your choice of veggies and extra sauce.
