Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla extract, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon; stir until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the banana mixture and stir gently until just combined.
