  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth, then gently fold in flour and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl mixture.
  4. Spread blondie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently with a butter knife.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden brown; allow cooling completely before icing.
