- 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 65 g chia seeds (about 6 tbsp)
- ½ pink dragon fruit (blended)
- 1 large Alphonso mango
- Vanilla coconut yogurt (for serving)
- In a measuring jug, mix together coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
