  • 4 fillets Branzino (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the branzino fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread minced garlic evenly over each fillet, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Top each fillet with lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary, thyme, and oregano.
  6. Pour white apple vinegar around the fillets.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
