  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • 5-6 peaches, cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt cubed butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
  4. Toss peach wedges with remaining brown sugar and maple syrup until evenly coated.
  5. Layer half the peaches over melted butter, pour batter on top without stirring, then add remaining peaches.
