  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (2 for veggies, 2 for dressing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  2. On a baking sheet, toss trimmed asparagus and halved radishes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper until coated.
