  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • Additional melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about one minute.
  3. Allow the butter to cool slightly before whisking in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just mixed; then pour into the prepared pie dish and smooth out.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  6. Remove from oven and evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, followed by shredded coconut.
  7. Drizzle condensed milk and caramel sauce over the top.
