  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon black vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Add diced shallots and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in red chili flakes and gochugaru; sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, and brown sugar to the pan. Stir for about 1 minute until combined and sugar dissolves.
