  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
  • Reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season the diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in honey and simmer for 1 minute before adding heavy cream; cook until slightly thickened.
