  • 1 package Savoiardi ladyfingers (approximately 24)

  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.

  4. Dip ladyfingers in raspberry syrup briefly; layer half in a dish followed by half the mascarpone filling. Repeat layers.
  5. Grate white chocolate on top and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
