  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Husk and clean the corn, then cut each ear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange corn in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray with oil.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, flip, spritz again with oil, and cook for another 5 minutes. Continue cooking until golden brown (total time: ~13-14 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, melt butter and whisk in Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  5. Toss hot corn in the Cajun butter sauce until evenly coated and serve warm with ranch dressing.
